Open their profile (Customers → search by phone) → purchase history.

Open the last bill to see exactly what they bought — names, strengths, quantities.

Bill it again — switch to Billing and add the same items.
Good to know
- History also answers "did I already buy this here?" and supports doctor-change returns with proof of purchase.
