Welcome to BitMed! Follow these simple steps to sign into your pharmacy account for the very first time.
Step 1: Open Your BitMed Store Link
Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on your computer. Type in your BitMed store web address (for example, app.bitmed.in).
You will land on the main BitMed Sign-in page.
Step 2: Enter Your Owner Credentials
- Type your registered Owner Email Address.
- Type your secret Password.
- Click Login (or press the Enter key).
Step 3: Allow the Pop-up (First Time Only)
The very first time you log in, your browser will show a small pop-up asking for permission.
- Click Allow.
- You will now see the main Billing Dashboard.
Step 4: First-Time Setup or Main Dashboard
- First Time Signing In? BitMed will automatically open the Pharmacy Setup Wizard to help you enter your store address, GSTIN, and drug licenses in 4 easy steps.
- Already Set Up? You will land straight on the Billing Dashboard, ready to start selling!
Frequently Asked Questions
It says "Invalid Email or Password". What should I do?
- Double-check that your Caps Lock is turned off.
- Make sure you are using the exact email address you registered with during signup.
Can staff members sign in here? Pharmacy owners use Email + Password to sign in. Pharmacists and billing staff can use the Employee Code + PIN sign-in option for faster shift logins.
