When to use this: you need to know what your current stock is worth — for accounting, insurance, or just to check the health of the business.
Steps

Open Reports → Stock Valuation. Click Reports in the left menu, then click Stock Valuation from the list.

Read the table. One row per product: Category, Qty in stock, Avg MRP, Stock Value at MRP, Avg Cost, Stock Value at Cost, and number of Batches. A PAGE TOTAL row adds up the page you're on.

Watch it update. This report values your current stock, so it refreshes automatically a moment after any sale, purchase, or stock adjustment — no need to reopen the page.

Page through it. Use the page-size dropdown and the arrow buttons at the top right.

Export. Use Export CSV or Export PDF — the export always covers every product, not just the page on screen.

Refresh at the top right any time you want to force a reload.
