When to use this: before a drug-inspector visit — or monthly, so a surprise visit is a non-event.
Steps
-
Open Reports → Inspection Readiness. Click Reports in the left menu, then click Inspection Readiness from the list. The page loads automatically — there's no date range to pick.
-
Read the top banner. It shows Inspection Ready (green) if every check passes, or Action Required (yellow) with a count like "5 of 7 checks passed."
-
Check License & Registration. Drug License (Form 20), Drug License (Form 21), GSTIN, and FSSAI License — each shows a green check if it's set, or a red mark if it's missing.
-
Check the Stock Alerts cards. Expired Batches, Near-Expiry batches (within 90 days), and Low Stock products — each is a number; 0 is good.
-
Check the Compliance Checklist at the bottom. Each row shows Pass (green check) or Fail (red cross) with a short detail — this repeats the license and stock checks above, plus whether your Drug Register (see RPT-04) has entries this month.
-
Fix each failing item. For example: expired stock → INV-03; missing license numbers → update them in Store Settings.
-
Export. Use Export CSV or Export PDF at the top right to keep a dated copy, or hand it to the inspector directly.
-
Re-run until green, and keep the monthly habit. Click Refresh any time to check again after fixing something.
