When to use this: Use this guide to update your store branch details, physical address, statutory Drug Licences (Forms 20/21), FSSAI licence, and view device billing sessions.
Steps to Update Store & License Details
- Click Settings (gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar).
- Select Stores & Sessions.

Fill or update your store information:
- Store Name: Display name for this store branch.
- Address, City & Pincode: Physical store location printed on customer invoices.
- Store Phone: Contact number printed on receipts.
- Drug Licence Numbers: Forms 20 & 21 retail drug licences required by law on pharmacy bills.
- FSSAI Licence No.: Food safety licence number for food and nutritional supplements.

Click Save.
Store Code & Billing Sessions
- Read-Only Store Code: Assigned during initial setup (e.g.
STR01). It remains locked to ensure invoice sequence integrity across all billing counters. - Billing Sessions: Displays the counter till assigned to this device, keeping invoice numbers unique when multiple billing machines operate simultaneously.
