When to use this: Use this guide to manage multiple pharmacy branches, add new store outlets, compare store performance, and switch active store context.
Steps to Manage Multi-Store Branches
- Click Settings (gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar).
- Select Stores & Sessions → Stores.

View all active store locations in your organization:
- Store Information: View assigned Store Code and location details.
This screen does not show sales figures. For daily sales, bill counts, and revenue, go to the Dashboard tab instead (see below).
- Add New Store Branch:
- Click Add Store.
- Enter Store Name, City, Drug Licences, and GSTIN.
- View Sales & Compare Store Performance (on the Dashboard):
- Go to the Dashboard tab and use the Store / All Stores toggle at the top.
- Store: shows Sales, Bills, Avg Bill, alerts, and payment breakdown for your currently active store only.
- All Stores: opens the Organization Dashboard — a "Store Performance Today" table with per-store sales, bills, and voids, plus a store-comparison section (Today / Last 7 Days / Last 30 Days / This Month) for side-by-side revenue comparisons across all branches.
Switching Active Store
- Select the branch you want to operate.
- BitMed updates your active session, inventory view, and billing context immediately.
